TITAN CL LUBER™
Automatic Lubricator

The TITAN CL LUBER™ is a powerful, motor-driven automatic lubricator which is built on the proven ULTIMATE LUBER™ technology. The TITAN CL LUBER™ is refillable by simply replacing a standard grease cartridge. Its microprocessor controlled, energy efficient motor delivers grease to a fixed displacement pump which produces pressures up to 900psi. This strength allows the TITAN CL LUBER™ to drive lubricant through long feed lines and to cycle progressive distributors to feed several bearings consecutively. When a valid dispensing cycle is selected, the units will activate at programmed intervals. At each interval, the TITAN CL LUBER™ dispenses approximately 1.25cc of grease. Neither temperature nor altitude will affect the lubricant output.

  • LED operation and warning indicators:
    (1-RED, 1-GREEN, 1-BLUE)

    • 1 GREEN flash every 20 seconds
    — normal operation

    1 GREEN flash every second (approx.)
    — unit is dispensing grease

    1 RED flash every 20 seconds
    — limit switch error (unit operating in failsafe (timed dispense) mode)

    2 RED flashes every 20 seconds
    — Low Battery warning

    1 BLUE flash every 20 seconds
    — low grease level (grease cartridge needs to be replaced)

    2 BLUE flashes every 20 seconds
    — unit is paused (remote control option)

    4 BLUE flashes every 20 seconds
    — Low Temperature, dispensing is paused

    5°F to 132°F (-15°C to +55°C)
    (NOTE: Low Temp lubricants must be used at low temperatures)
